Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the goldbit platform. By registering an account or placing a wager on goldbit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read this agreement carefully before using the platform.

Age Verification — 18+
goldbit is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. All accounts are subject to age and identity verification. Accounts found to belong to under-age individuals will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations .
BDT Payments & Withdrawals
All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and standard processing times of 1-4 hours via mobile banking.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and free-spin awards are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering conditions, minimum odds, and expiry windows are stated clearly on each individual promotion page. goldbit does not apply retroactive changes to bonus conditions already claimed by a player.
One Account Per Player
Each eligible player may hold exactly one goldbit account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed. Bonuses accrued across duplicate accounts will be voided. Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and confidential.
Prohibited Conduct
goldbit prohibits account sharing, fraudulent chargebacks, collusion, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to exploit technical errors for financial gain. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation and possible permanent closure.
Responsible Gaming Tools

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and goldbit (the "Platform", "Operator", or "We"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your access to and use of the goldbit website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and any other products or services made available through the goldbit platform.
By completing the goldbit registration process, clicking the confirmation checkbox during sign-up, logging in to your goldbit account, or placing any wager or making any deposit on the platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you consent to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the goldbit platform.
goldbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, goldbit will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the goldbit platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English-language Agreement and any translation or summary of it, the English text shall prevail.
Last Updated: This Agreement was last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. goldbit recommends that all account holders review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of their current rights and obligations.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
The goldbit platform is made available exclusively to adult individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:
- You are 18 years of age or older. The goldbit platform is strictly for adults. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited on goldbit without exception.
- You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not in any professional, commercial, or agency capacity on behalf of another person or entity.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of goldbit or any of its technology, game content, or payment service providers.
- You are not subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
- You have not previously had a goldbit account terminated for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
goldbit takes its obligation to prevent under-age gambling seriously. The platform operates mandatory age and identity verification checks. Where goldbit has reason to believe that an account holder may not satisfy the age eligibility requirement, the account will be suspended and the account holder will be required to submit government-issued identity documentation confirming their date of birth before any account access, wagers, or withdrawals will be permitted.
Where an account is found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 18, goldbit will immediately close the account, void all wagers and bonuses, and return any demonstrably deposited funds (net of any amounts wagered) to the payment method from which they originated. goldbit will report such instances to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
18+ Only: Under-age gambling is illegal and harmful. If you are under 18 years of age, you must not use the goldbit platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of goldbit products and services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one active goldbit account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or mobile number — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
- A valid, active Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control.
- A unique password of sufficient complexity to protect your account.
- Your date of birth, confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
- Your preferred BDT payment method for deposits and withdrawals (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
Identity Verification (KYC)
goldbit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. goldbit may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership:
- A copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
- Proof of address dated within the last 90 days (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement showing your name and address).
- Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits or withdrawals.
Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 7 calendar days from the date of the request — may result in the temporary suspension of your account, including the restriction of withdrawals, until the verification process is completed to goldbit's satisfaction.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goldbit account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access details with any other person. goldbit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the goldbit support team immediately via live chat or at support@goldbit — displayed as plain text only.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the goldbit platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). goldbit does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required to process a transaction is the sole responsibility of the payment service provider and any associated fees are borne by the account holder.
Accepted Payment Methods
goldbit currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard (issued by Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank)
Deposit Terms
- Minimum single deposit: ৳200
- Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
- Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
- goldbit does not charge a fee for processing deposits. Fees levied by your mobile financial service provider or bank are outside goldbit's control.
- You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawals are processed within 1-4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
- Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, unless a formal payment method change request has been reviewed and approved by the goldbit compliance team.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional KYC checks before processing, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full verification.
- goldbit reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.
- Any active bonus funds in your account are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
No Hidden Fees: goldbit does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account, subject only to any fees applied by your own mobile financial service provider.
Bonus Terms & Promotional Conditions
goldbit offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, minimum bet size, and expiry date are stated on each promotion page. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account. Real-money funds are used first for wagers unless you have actively selected to use bonus funds.
- goldbit reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if the account holder is found to have violated these Terms & Conditions, created duplicate accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, or used any form of bonus abuse strategy.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new goldbit registrations only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will result in the voiding of all bonus-related winnings.
- goldbit may withdraw, modify, or replace any promotion at any time. Modifications will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress.
- Certain high-volatility game categories (e.g., progressive jackpot slots) may be excluded from wagering requirement completion. Excluded games are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
- The maximum cashout from bonus-only funds (free spins winnings, no-deposit bonuses) is capped at ৳5,000 unless a higher cap is explicitly stated in the promotion.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As an account holder on goldbit, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, and in a manner that does not harm other players, the integrity of the platform, or the interests of goldbit's game and payment partners. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
Prohibited Activities
- Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your goldbit account, including sharing your password or OTP codes.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one goldbit account in your name or using different names to create additional accounts.
- Fraudulent chargebacks: Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile financial service provider for a deposit that was made voluntarily and received by goldbit.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on the platform.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated program to interact with games or betting markets on goldbit.
- Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of any technical error, software bug, pricing error, or system fault on the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error may be voided at goldbit's discretion.
- Money laundering: Using the goldbit platform to process, transfer, obscure, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
- False information: Providing inaccurate personal details during registration or verification, including a false name, date of birth, mobile number, or payment method ownership declaration.
goldbit monitors account activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified or reasonably suspected, goldbit reserves the right to suspend account access, withhold pending withdrawals, void affected wagers and bonuses, and initiate a formal investigation. Confirmed violations may result in permanent account closure and, where required by applicable law, referral to relevant authorities in Bangladesh.
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your goldbit account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at support@goldbit — displayed as plain text only. Before a voluntary closure is processed, goldbit will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been settled. Remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion rather than a full account closure. Self-exclusion periods available on goldbit are: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. During any active self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be unable to deposit, wager, or register a new goldbit account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt by the support team.
Involuntary Suspension or Closure by goldbit
goldbit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the account holder's bank or mobile financial service provider.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring goldbit to restrict the account.
Where an account is closed by goldbit for a reason other than a confirmed Terms & Conditions violation, any verifiable real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder following the completion of any required investigation.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Platform Availability
goldbit aims to maintain continuous platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party network issues (including issues with Bangladeshi mobile network operators Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk), or force majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions. goldbit will not be liable for any losses arising from inability to access the platform during such periods.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, goldbit's aggregate liability to any account holder arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by the account holder in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. goldbit is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
Intellectual Property
All content on the goldbit platform — including but not limited to the goldbit brand identity, logo, website design, game presentation, marketing materials, and written content — is the proprietary intellectual property of goldbit or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any goldbit content without express prior written permission.
Governing Language & Interpretation
These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with the plain meaning of the English text. Headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
